We believe each child is a gift from God. Children are a heritage of the Lord. Psalm 127:3  Each one is special and unique unto themselves. God has a plan and a calling for each one. For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11  It is our differences that allow use to fuse together and become the body of Christ, our children are a part of our church body and we believe in teaching and mentoring them.              
 
In children’s church we want to introduce the children to Christ, show them what it is like to have a personal relationship with Jesus. It is our goal for the children to understand who Christ is and for them to want Him as their personal Savior. We want to nurture this relationship, while training them in the word of the Lord. Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6 We want to children to grow in Christ as they grow in body and mind, to live a life for the Lord.  But now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light. Ephesians 5:8  A large part of living for Christ is sharing the Good News. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Matthew 28:19,20 As followers of Christ we are called to live a life that can be seen as a lighthouse, for others going through the rough seas of life. We encourage our children to take part in the outreach ministries in the church, reaching out to their family, friends, and community.           
 
Wee Church in the nursery is for the two and three year olds, who are still small and need to be in nursery care, but are old enough to start to learn. They learn about God the Father and how he made us and this world and about Jesus and how he came to save us. They learn songs, do small crafts, play games, and build friendships with their peers in the church body.            
 
We would LOVE to have your child join us.
