Our church was founded on October 17, 2004 in Cookeville TN. The first service was held at the Leslie Town Center inside the local chamber of commerce. In 2007, under the leadership of Rev. Myron Greer, the church moved into their new facility. The Fields-Ford Family Life Center was then completed in 2014.
